This new App is provided free of charge to our home care clients. This App allows the client from their home to accurately monitor the exact location of the delivery driver and or a shipment from a durable medical goods provider. So the driver and the parcel are accurately monitored and then when the driver is in the immediate neighborhood an alert is given by email, text or a phone call that someone will be at your door in a minute or two.

This assures privacy and safety and security to the client. No more strange folks ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door. Parcel Buddy is a real stress reliever for those who live alone.

My Angel911

The MyAngel911 is an improvement over the conventional 911 EMS call center set up that all communities now have. The MyAngel911 App improves and expands this to a personal call center that is managed from the client’s SmartPhone with the App module called MyAngel911.

Your “Angel” is simply your personal preferences for those that you determine you would want to quickly assist you when you have an emergency. MyAngel911 provides the presence of someone that you know, also including the local fireman or policeman. We are empowering you to be the one who chooses who comes to your door to possibly assist you. So this can include your family members, a select neighbor, a close friend, doctors, a minister, and other pre-determined and qualified people.

Early adopting has included interviews with EMS, sheriffs, and policemen to explain the MyAngel911 App and all are telling us, “give us someone who knows this person to meet us on the porch at the door to help assist us, thank you”. A typical response time for 911 is about five minutes. MyAngel911 can provide responses in less than one minute.

Features built into MyAngel911 even allows you to choose the various types of communications that are preferred for the alerting in your list of your own “personal responders” for your emergency. So this means, emails, texting, various phone calls can all be used, or if only one of them needs used it can be setup accordingly to the responder’s preference. One of the more sophisticated software modules offered is UroCheck™ providing Predictive Fluid Management. This medical specific module is a more sophisticated one to set up and implement but once it is, it is very simple to use once the trending is set-up and complete. All that is needed over a several days is the input into the database of the various fluids taken in at each meal and at snack times. Once this “fluid history” is loaded then the predictions can be done to predict bladder Foley voiding schedules. Time management and safety are assured.

UroCheck is then automatic in its function and very helpful for the Foley dependent client who must be serviced at least twice per 24 hours with a scheduled home care aid or nurse. This App does the alerting and does the scheduling automatically once the hydration model of the client is loaded over a select period so that the dehydration (voiding) can be predicted and the agency resource can be alerted and scheduled to be at the client’s side to assist the servicing of the Foley dependent client. This will be a real time saver and a huge asset to prevention of hyperreflexia issues that can become a life threatening issue to the incontinent client who lives alone.

In other words the client can take charge of where and when those services are to come and since the fluids management issues have all been fully and accurately provided.
